A DAY IN THE LIFE :

  1. Call on and identify clients who can direct title business to Liberty.
  2. Maintain and expand business with existing customer, by preparing action plans and forecasting conversations.
  3. Research companies, markets, buildings, and real estate transactions.
  4. Build client relationships by communicating products and services such as Rate Calculator, Liberty Social and Liberty Leads.
  5. Maintain high activity rates with key partners, communicate with targets regularly, escalate client concerns to operations management.
  6. Partner with Liberty’s Training Director for LinkedIn Seminars.

WHO YOU ARE:

  1. High School Diploma.
  2. Experience in the Real Estate Title Business.
  3. Experience in selling in a competitive National Title Market.
  4. Experience in Real Estate, Title or Mortgage Sales.
  5. Proven successful sales and account management experience a must.
  6. Excellent follow through and organizational skills.
  7. High energy with a positive attitude.

JOB DETAILS:

  1. Call on and identify key clients who can direct title business
  2. Research companies, markets, and real estate transactions to build business
  3. Utilize marketing materials showing organizational structure and service value proposition
  4. Work with operational teams to ensure transactions are completed in timely fashion
  5. Keep current with Liberty Title & Escrow’s products/services, the industry and competitors
  6. Maintain high activity rates with key partners, communicating with targets regularly
  7. Work with managers and executives to meet monthly and yearly sales goals.
  8. Prepare action plans and forecasting conversations.
  9. Escalate client concerns to operations management.
  10. Communicate products and services (such as Rate Calculator, Liberty Social and Liberty Leads)
  11. Partner with Liberty’s Training Director for LinkedIn Seminars.
  12. All other duties as assigned.

WORK CONDITIONS :

Working conditions are normal for an office environment. Ability to attend work and be productive during normal business hours and to work early, late or weekend hours as needed for successful job performance. Some travel may be required.

A DAY IN THE LIFE :

  1. Review closing documents for accuracy.
  2. Work up Closing Disclosures.
  3. Perform many office duties, taking phone calls, etc.
  4. Build client relationships by communicating with them directly.
  5. Travel to remote locations to physically conduct closings when necessary.

WHO YOU ARE:

  1. High School Diploma.
  2. Experience as an Escrow Closer.
  3. Ability to handle high workloads.
  4. Excellent written and oral communication skills
  5. Ability to build rapport and be a team player
  6. Flexibility and adaptability to frequent change
  7. Strong customer service skills
  8. Concentrated attention to detail

JOB DETAILS:

  1. Review closing documents for accuracy
  2. Preparation of package to lender
  3. Responsible for ordering all items needed in connection for closing
  4. Prepare ALTA Settlement Statement/Closing Disclosure and required closing documents
  5. Send Funding Documents, complete disbursement and follow up on escrow transactions
  6. Maintain open communication with realtors, lenders, buyers, and sellers as needed
  7. Interpret and execute lenders closing instructions
  8. Maintain open communication with team members and management
  9. Review daily reports to ensure completion of assigned team duties
  10. Ability to proficiently manage workload, pipeline, and tasks in RamQuest software
  11. Conduct formal closing presentation with buyers, sellers, and agents
  12. Identify key clients who can direct title business
  13. Utilize marketing materials showing organization structure and service value proposition
  14. Work with manager to meet monthly and annual sales goals
  15. Ability to manage and multitask daily workload
  16. Perform all other duties as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :

  1. High School Diploma or equivalent
  2. Experience in Closing and Escrow of both Residential and Commercial preferred
  3. Proven work ethic, punctual & dependable; positive work references
  4. Skilled with Microsoft Office
  5. Excellent written and oral communication skills
  6. Ability to build rapport and be a team player
  7. Flexibility and adaptability to frequent change
  8. Strong customer service skills
  9. Concentrated attention to detail
